Residents Norm and Karen Goodwin wanted a
vacation lifestyle and a home where they could entertain.

villa for Lisa’s mother Judy Osmer. Ed is a major league
baseball umpire, and Lisa is a 5.0 skill level pickleball
player. Both enjoy the active lifestyle and friendly
