Sun City Center Celebrates Its
50th Anniversary in May 2011
Delivering on its goal of expanding its market presence on Florida’s West Coast, Minto Communitiesrecentlyannouncedthe
acquisition of the last remaining buildable land in the Kings Point
and Renaissance neighborhoods of Sun City Center.
Sun City Center is often revered as a paradise haven for retirees and
for its 18,000+ full time residents, and big things are planned for the
newfound alliance and the upcoming 50th Anniversary in May 2011.
The agreement with WCI Communities, LLC, the current
developer of Sun City Center, includes land to accommodate up to
1,000 homes, of which 200 lots are already fully developed. Within
the Kings Point and Renaissance neighborhoods, Minto plans to
build detached single family homes and paired villas or two-unit
single-family attached homes.

builder on Florida’s West Coast.

“Our Sun City Center homes will be competitively priced within
