Preparing for a game of hopscotch is as easy as grabbing a piece
of chalk and a stone and drawing it out on the floor. If you’re at the
beach, you can use a stick to draw it out and use a pebble as a marker.
Hopscotch is a fun game that can be enjoyed in groups of two or more.
Visit a Theme Park
Theme park visits are immense fun. In addition to watching kids
and families running about with excitement and glee, indulge yourself
and take the rides with them. Experience the stomach churning thrills
of the roller coasters and water flumes. Watching the parades are sure
to raise a child-like feeling; try eating ice-cream as the show goes by.
Sing and Dance
Sing and dance your cares away. If you have access to a games
console, there are lots of games that you can buy to sing karaoke
and dance. Once you have the games, equip yourself with a
dance mat and a microphone and you’re good to go.
Visit the Zoo
When was the last time you went to the zoo? Watching the
antics of the monkeys and baboons will always raise smiles and
a good old laugh. While you’re there, don’t forget to check out
the most entertaining show of them all — the sea lions.
Indulge in the Simple
Pleasures of Life
Take a picnic to the park and fly a kite. Enjoy the feeling of the wind
flying through your hair as you endeavor to keep the kite in the air.
Spend Time With Fun People
Surrounding yourself with fun people who give out positive energy
will awaken your inner child and bring enjoyment. Avoid negative people,
wherever possible, as they will have an impact on your positive attitude.
As well as these activities, see how many ideas you can come up with of
your own. Take time out to take part in at least one child-like activity every
day, your inner child will love you for it and you’ll find joy. Remember
growing older is inevitable but growing up is optional! I-L
