2015 ideal-LIVING home
Exterior Design – The exterior of the
home was designed with four-sided
architectural principals to create visual
interest on all sides of this ranch style
home. The 16/12 roof pitches allow for
dramatic interior spaces, while enriching exterior appeal. The roofing is a
combination of asphalt shingles and
metal roofing that blends together to
form a soft, “beachy” feel. The tawny
taupe monochromatic color seamlessly
blends the combination of masonry,
with the use of many windows.
Outdoor Living – Three sets of
French doors lead to a screened porch
with stamped concrete flooring. You
can have breakfast at the exterior teak
dining tables and chairs by Acacia
while watching your favorite morning
show on the television on the porch.
It’s the perfect place to enjoy a glass
of wine while watching the sunset over
the Cape Fear National golf course.
There’s even a fire pit and
an outdoor kitchen.
Each of the three bedrooms to the
right has an en suite bathroom that
creates a welcoming space for all of
your family and friends.
